Product Introduction产品介绍

This machine is the basic equipment for the production of thin martble slabs and composite slabs.

 It uses band saw blades (Beaded rope) to split or saw the slabs into slices. The saw bladetensioning 

adopts an automatic constant pressure hydraulic device. Compared with the tradional machine using 

manual tensioning, it has the advantages of uniform strength, stablepressure, longer service life of the 

saw blade, and convenient operation. The slice (thickness)adjustment adopts screen setting and PLC

 automatic control, which greatly reduces the difficulty of operation and improves work efficiency.

本机器是生产大理石薄板、复合板的基础设备，采用带锯条(串珠绳)将板材对创或者据切成薄片。

据条张紧采用自动恒压液压装置，相比传规机器采用人工张紧的方式有力度均匀、压力稳定，

锯条使用寿命更长，提作方便等显著优点。分片(厚薄)调整采用屏幕设定，PLC自动化控制，

从而大大降低了提作难度，提高工作效率。
