Arrix segment

Arrix segment/ Line up segment is used for cutting various stone or concrete, with 30-50% faster cutting speed and 20-30% longer lifetime

Advantage:

(a). Uniform Diamond distribution: Line up/arrix diamond grits precisely in special three dimensional patterns

(b). During cutting, it will appear a few very straight cutting-groove(cutting-channel just like orbit) on the cutting edge, which will lead to straight cutting

(c). The cutting edge will always keep flat and never change to round shape at the transverse section

(d). The arrix segment is trapezoid(the upper is wide, the botom is narrow), it will reduce the resistance during cutting

(e). The diamonds of arrix segment on the side faces are very fine and protrude, it will provide fast and chip-free cutting

(f). Faithful line up/arrix  blades provide 30-50% faster cutting speed more than traditional blades
